Sam was amazing from start to finish! At the very start she asked detailed questions about what we were looking for; some things we had not even thought about ourselves. Initially we sent her listings that we liked, but after a while we realized she was way better at finding what we wanted. Every home we found ourselves we hated, on the other hand, every home she suggested we absolutely loved. The house we ultimately purchased was one she found. Our lender caused a major last minute delay during the closing process that risked us getting the house. This is where Sam really shined, she worked with the lender, us, and the sellers to get everything resolved; At the end of the day all parties were happy, and the sale went through. I know for a fact that if we had an agent that was not focused or less driven, we would have lost the house. She is also just generally a nice, funny and fun person to be around. We got amazing suggestions and tips for post-purchase that have really helped us as homeowners. We feel very lucky to have found such a great agent.
